- Public Hearing to Consider the Ordering of Services and Improvements, the Continuation of Assessments for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 for the City of Lompoc “Park Maintenance and City Pool Assessment District No. 2002-01” and Proposed Adoption of Resolution No. 5790(12), Approving the Engineer’s Report, Confirming the Diagram and Assessment, and Ordering the Continuation of Assessments for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 for the “Park Maintenance and City Pool Assessment District No. 2002-01”.
- Hearing of Objections to Destroy Weeds and Remove Rubbish, Refuse, and Dirt. Recommendation: that the City Council hold a public hearing to receive comments and information from the public to show cause why nuisance conditions upon subject properties should not be abated; and adopt Resolution No. 5796(12), ordering the Fire Chief to abate said nuisances as declared on May 1, 2012, by Resolution No. 5776(12), in the time and manner provided by law.
