An Appeal of the Planning Commission determination of October 10, 2012 approving the CUP was Submitted by Michael McIntosh and Considered by the City Council on December 18, 2012. The Project is Located on Central Avenue between A and D Streets in the Public Facilities (PF) Zoning District (Assessor Parcel Number: 87-011-17)
       5. Ratification of City Administrator Agreement.
       6. Adoption of Resolution 5820(13) to Approve the City of Lompoc Personnel Procedures Manual, Chapter 54 (Issue 6): Drugs and Alcohol Testing Under DOT Regulations.
       7. Award of a Contract to Purchase One 36 Foot Aerial Service Truck for Approximately $139,984.89.
