Public Notice List of Delinquent Business Taxes (Licenses)
As of April 15, 2008

Take Notice that the following businesses have not renewed their annual Business Taxes to the City of Lompoc for the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008. According to the Lompoc City Code it is unlawful to transact and carry on any business, trade, profession, calling or occupation in the City without a business tax certificate. A business tax certificate is required even though the business does not have a fixed location in the City or has a business license from another city.

The following business owners are urged to contact the City Clerk’s Office at (805) 875-8242 or 875-8243 to process renewal of their business tax and all delinquent fees or advise if they are no longer in business. These businesses will be referred to the City Attorney’s Office for further legal action.
