• Kendall-Shepard Eye Center, at the northwest corner of North L Street and Central Avenue, with an 18,600 square foot medical office building.
• Hotwire Foam Factory, located at Laurel and F Street, with a 3,318 square feet business.
• Barto Industrial Building, located at 300 N. G St., with a refurbished facility and additional 1,530 square feet of warehouse/ office for local business.
• Lompoc Community Bank with a 4,875 square foot facility at 621 W. Central; and Wilco Distributors with an 18,000 square foot new warehouse at 1200 W. Laurel.
