Housing Set-Aside Fund

The Housing Set-Aside Fund will loan funds for affordable housing projects, including land acquisition, construction and predevelopment costs. The agency can only subsidize each project up to the percentage of affordable units contained in the development. The agency seeks to develop the Old Town Redevelopment Project Area with projects of both commercial and residential uses that will enhance and serve project area residents.
