Job Title: SYSTEMS ANALYST
Salary Range: $4,577 - $5,564 per month. The City currently pays the employee's retirement contribution to PERS, 2.7% at age 55-retirement formula.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires responses to supplemental questionnaire -- see attached pdf. Requires bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or a closely related field) AND one year systems analysis and business applications experience, plus experience as a project leader; OR possess a two-year technical degree AND requisite three years experience. Public sector and/or meter reading/utility billing system experience is highly desirable.

Job Title: UTILITY SCADA-NETWORK ANALYST
Salary Range: $4,404 - $5,353 per month. The City currently pays the employee's retirement contribution to PERS, 2.7% at age 55-retirement formula.
Minimum Qualifications: AS or tech. voc. training AND 3 yrs exp. in the SCADA/Communications profession with an emphasis in programming, operation and maintenance. Experience in the operation, maintenance and administration of fiber optic equipment and cable installation, application software are required. Water or wastewater utility operations experience is desirable. See attached pdf for details.

Job Title: UTILITY ACCOUNTANT
Salary Range: $68,160 - $82,836 annual salary.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field AND professional-level accounting, budget, financial administration experience; preferably administrative level utility accounting experience with a municipality.

Job Title: PT LIFEGUARD
Salary Range: $9.00 per hour. Part-time, Temporary, At-will position.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Age: 15 Years. Possession of current Standard First Aid Certificate, Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate - Course "C", Title 22 certification, lifeguard training and Red Cross Lifesaving Certificate or YMCA equivalent is required.

Salary Range: $4,305 - $5,770 per month, with $1,000 annual Uniform Allowance + 3% @50 PERS retirement formula.
Minimum Qualifications: Completion of a California P.O.S.T. approved Basic Academy, within the past three years; or possess a California P.O.S.T. Basic Certificate and have been employed as a Police Officer within the past three years by a California law enforcement agency.
