The City's Interest Card system is one of the methods the City uses to find out in which jobs potential applicants are interested and then notify them when a job opening(s) develops.

If there are no positions openings shown in the CURRENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES section of our website, in which you are interested and for which you qualify, you may complete the "Virtual Interest Card". We will keep it on file for six months.

If during the six months an opening develops in one of the areas of interest you have checked, you will be notified. Upon notification, you can decide whether you are qualified for the position opening and whether you wish to complete a city application for it.
