Annual Easter Egg Hunt

The Lompoc Parks, Recreation and Urban Forestry Department and the Lompoc Kiwanis Club would like to invite you to the Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 15th. The festivities will be held at River Park in the American Legion Area, and the hunt is FREE! The Shrine Clowns of Lompoc will be on hand to entertain, Campfire USA will provide games for a nominal fee and the member’s of the Mom’s Club of Lompoc will be offering FREE facepainting. If you work up an appetite, don’t worry because the Lompoc Kiwanis will be selling hot dogs and sodas at $0.50 each!

Participants are asked to bring their own basket or bag to collect their eggs and if everyone uses their good manners, the Easter Bunny may even be on site for photo opportunities.

To ensure the safety of all of our participants, there are different hunt times for different age groups. The hunt times are as follows:

Ages 3 & Under.................10:00 am & 11:00 am Ages 4 & 5.........................10:15 am & 11:15 am Ages 6 – 8.........................10:30 am & 11:30 am Ages 9 & 10.......................10:45 am Ages 9 – 12.......................11:45 am

In the event of rain, the Easter Egg Hunt will still take place at the Anderson Recreation Center, 125 West Walnut Avenue.
