The 2002 Floral Flag Fly-Over Video

 

Back in the summer of 2002, City of Lompoc employee Jeff Palmer and former employee Daniel Plank flew out of Lompoc Airport for an aerial view of the now famous, floral flag. With Jeff piloting and Daniel in charge of the video camera, they brought back this 10 second video of what they saw that day.
