Charlotte's Web Mobile Children's Library serves the needs of children all over Lompoc, especially those who may not be able to visit the library.

Sometimes children without library cards board our bus and we've created a special system for them so the children can join in on the fun of choosing and reading their own library book. This system is called "Honor Books" and the children can borrow a book with the promise of returning it.

Each child may check out one book and keep it in the classroom or after school program site. When the bookmobile comes back to their school, the child returns the book and may check out another. If the children finish their books before the bookmobile returns, we encourage them to share or trade their books with their classmates.

All book purchases from this list will be included in this special collection designed to serve these children.

Thank you for your support of the bookmobile and the bookmobile’s mission to provide access to engaging literature so that children, no matter where they are, have the opportunity to enrich their reading skills and empower their ambitions.
