• Library Card Fees
  • First card is FREE, Replacement card $1.00


• Overdue Fines
  • Overdue fine: $.25 per item per day on most items.
  • Maximum Overdue fine per book returned: Adult: $8 Juvenile: $8
  • Overdue video fine:
    • $0.25 per day per VHS
    • $1.00 per day per DVD
  • Maximum fine per video returned: $12.00
    • $4.00 per VHS
    • $8.00 per DVD


• Check-Out Restrictions
  • You will not be able to check out any items if you have any fines on your record.
  • Fine limits on service: $10.00


• Damaged or Lost Material
  • The replacement cost of the item will be charged if the item is lost or damaged beyond use. A processing fee of $5.00 will be added to the replacement cost of most items.


• Reserve Fees
  • A reserve fee of $.50 will be applied to all Black Gold Library System items placed on reserve. An interlibrary loan fee of $3.00 will be applied for all items not available in the Black Gold Library System.


• Meeting Room
  • The Library has a meeting room that can accommodate up to 125 people. It is available for rental for meetings and seminars. The room has accessories that include table and chairs, a small podium, permanent projection screen, a TV/VCR, and access to an outdoor patio.
