The Charlotte’s Web Bookmobile & Lompoc Public Library invite 10-14 year olds to share their story.  You will learn to write your own story about what matters to you, then record a professional video of the story you wrote. Your video will be featured in a screening at the Lompoc Public Library, be shared on StoryCenter’s YouTube channel and become part of an online archive of video stories with the California State Library.  

The workshop is part of a statewide program called California Listens, sponsored by the California State Library and by Berkeley-based organization, StoryCenter. StoryCenter staff will teach this special two-day workshop and bring all the equipment and technology.

When: During LUSD’s Spring Break - Monday & Tuesday, April 15th & 16th, 9a-5p
Where: Lompoc Public Library

The workshop is free, but you must apply by Monday, March 25th, 2019.
