LOMPOC, CA, Dec. 8, 2022 – Fees will be reinstated for late payments on City of Lompoc utility bill accounts starting in April 2023.

Along with the fees being reinstated, the moratorium on utility service disconnections due to non-payment will be rescinded in April 2023.

Lompoc City Council voted unanimously at the Tuesday, Dec. 6 council meeting in favor of adopting the resolution regarding these utility changes.

The moratorium on utility service disconnections due to non-payment and late fee forgiveness have been in effect since March 2020.
