New Mayor Jim Mosby and council members Steve Bridge and Jeremy Ball took the oath of allegiance  at the regular council meeting on December 17 before being seated on the dais.

Outgoing Mayor Jenelle Osborne presented a certificate of recognition to fellow outgoing Councilwoman Gilda Aiello, and City Manager Dean Albro recognized Jenelle Osborne.
