The General Plan serves as the City’s long term “blueprint”
for the future growth and development decisions concerning
a variety of issues including land use, circulation, health and safety
and resource conservation.
The Circulation Element identifies existing transportation systems
for roadways, multimodal, transit, walkways and trails in the City.
The Element also identifies future expansion of the circulation system
including roadways, transit, multimodal options and trails.
The Circulation Element is available for Public Review and
commenting through Friday October 17, 2025 at 5:00.
