Welcome. Here you can make a payment on your utility bill and accounts receivable invoice*.
Convenience Fee: By paying online, the company we use to process electronic payments will add the following convenience fee to your total bill: Credit Cards/Debit Cards - 3.5% of the bill. The City receives no portion of this fee.
At this time there is no access to your account or to your bills/invoice history. This is only for processing a payment.
Note: Maintenance is performed nightly from 11:30pm to midnight. During this time, the system will be down and you will not be able to make a payment.
A second maintenance is performed nightly from midnight to 6:00 a.m. During this time, the system may not display the correct amount due.
