Welcome. Here you can make a payment on your utility bill*.
Convenience Fee: By paying online, the company we use to process electronic payments will add the following convenience fee to your total bill: Credit Cards/Debit Cards - 3.5% of the bill. The City receives no portion of this fee.
At this time there is no access to your account or to your bill history. This is only for processing a payment.
Note: Maintenance is performed nightly from 11:30pm to midnight. During this time, the system will be down and you will not be able to make a payment.
A second maintenance is performed nightly from midnight to 6:00 a.m. During this time, the system may not display the correct amount due.

Scam Alert: The City of Lompoc Utility Billing Division will never contact you by phone demanding payment. Utility Billing will only call you if there’s an issue regarding a submitted payment. Scam callers are able to provide a false caller identification for a City of Lompoc phone number.
