How to Pay Your Utility Bill
- Online - The City has transitioned to a new utility billing system. Online customers are required to create a new account. Please note that online payments can take up to 72 hours (or more for holidays and weekends) to reflect as paid in your online account. If you need to know if a payment has been applied to your utility account please contact the Treasury Department at 805-875-8286.
- In Person
- By Mail - Mail to 100 Civic Center Plaza, Lompoc, CA 93436
- Drop Box - Payment drop box is located in the median in front of the Police Department. Payments made in the Drop Box may take up to two business days to process.
- Bank Draft - Sign up to have payments automatically deducted from a bank account. Please note that if you are canceling the automatic bank draft it must be done at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date.
- E-Bill - Sign up to receive your utility bills via email. Once you receive your first bill in the mail, you are eligible to sign up.

Utility bill inserts provide important information related to your City of Lompoc utility services and general information, including program updates, rate information, conservation tips, and notices that may affect your account. This page allows customers to view current and recent utility bill inserts online in PDF format.
Please note that customers who receive emailed (paperless) bills do not receive physical bill inserts. This page is provided so all customers can access the same information that is included with mailed paper bills.

Utility bill inserts will be available beginning January 2026. Inserts prior to January 2026 are not available online. New inserts will be added monthly going forward, creating a rolling 12-month archive.
